MARCO POLO

The site is located at the edge of the Langara neighborhood where 49th avenue station and Langara College nearby. It is one of the neighborhood’s most important corners.

The project is intended to contribute to the area the provision of live, work, retail, grocery, childcare all in one building, thus reducing the
need of vehicle use, contributing significantly to the growth of the neghbourhood and the reduction of greenhouse emission.
